Why "unconfirmed"? We only show wired or wireless when a source we can cite says so. Where we could not find one, we say so rather than guess. Know the answer? Tell us, with a source.

Want it wireless?

If your 2020 Mazda MX-5 has wired CarPlay or wired Android Auto, a plug-in wireless adapter can usually remove the cable. It plugs into the car's USB data port and talks to your phone over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. It only works if the car already supports the wired version.
